Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using NaCoWi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including those on free and paid plans.
Description of Service
NaCoWi is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-powered integration between LinkedIn and CRM platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot). Our service enables users to sync LinkedIn profiles, score prospects, generate outreach messages, and manage CRM activities directly from LinkedIn.
Account Registration
To use NaCoWi, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be authorized to connect and modify your organization's CRM data
- Comply with LinkedIn, Salesforce, and HubSpot terms of service
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Use the service for spam or unsolicited outreach
- Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with our software
- Exceed rate limits or abuse API quotas
- Share your account with unauthorized users
- Use the service in ways that harm NaCoWi or its users
Subscription and Billing
NaCoWi offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Usage Limits
Each plan includes daily quotas for CRM Actions and AI Generations. Quotas reset at midnight UTC. Unused quota does not roll over. Exceeding quotas may result in temporary throttling until the next reset. Enterprise plans with custom limits are available upon request.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused quota. The free plan remains available indefinitely after cancellation.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input or sync through NaCoWi. We claim no ownership rights over your CRM data, LinkedIn information, or AI-generated content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Salesforce, HubSpot) or circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
NaCoWi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
NaCoWi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NaCoWi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct we deem harmful to NaCoWi or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the extension. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
