Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan is available indefinitely with 3 CRM actions and 3 AI generations per day. No credit card required. Upgrade anytime to increase your daily limits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a CRM Action?
CRM Actions include: syncing a LinkedIn profile as a new Lead or Contact, linking a profile to an existing record, creating or updating Notes, creating Tasks, and creating Events. Each action counts toward your daily quota.
What counts as an AI Generation?
Each time NaCoWi's AI analyzes a LinkedIn profile and produces a Match Score with reasons, that counts as one AI Generation. Generating outreach messages (connection note, InMail, or chat message) also counts as one generation.
Which browsers are supported?
NaCoWi works on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge (enable 'Allow extensions from other stores'). Firefox support is coming soon.
Do HubSpot users need special permissions to install NaCoWi?
Yes. You need the App Marketplace Access permission to install apps from the HubSpot App Marketplace. If you don’t have this permission, ask your HubSpot admin to grant App Marketplace Access or install the app for your workspace.
Is my data secure?
Yes. NaCoWi uses enterprise-grade encryption and secure API connections. We never store your CRM credentials. All data transmission is encrypted and your information remains private.
How does billing work?
All paid plans are billed monthly on a subscription basis. You can cancel or change your plan at any time. Billing is handled securely through our payment processor.
Do quotas reset daily?
Yes. Both CRM Actions and AI Generations quotas reset every 24 hours at midnight UTC. Unused quota does not roll over to the next day.
